Is it really free for the learner?
Yes. Tuition is covered by the OPCO, and the learner is paid by the company throughout the programme.

Apprenticeship or professionalisation: what is the difference?
Both are work-study employment contracts. The right one depends on your age, your situation and the degree: an adviser will guide you.
